This website is operated by Jimmy 3 Wheels, LLC, doing business as Raven Career Development (“Raven”). These website terms describe the use of ravencareers.com and its resources. Purchased consulting services are governed by your agreement with Raven and the scope of work and fees agreed for those services.

Website information and career resources

Raven publishes information about pilot career preparation and its services. General website content, webinars, newsletters and templates are educational resources. They do not take the place of advice based on your individual circumstances. Employers make their own hiring decisions; using this website or a free resource does not promise an interview, job offer or particular career outcome.

Consultations and service requests

Requesting a consultation starts a conversation about your background, goals and preparation. It does not purchase a service or establish acceptance into Concierge mentorship. Any proposed engagement, scope, fees and service-specific commitments are addressed separately with Raven.

Services, payments and refunds

For consulting services, refer to the Raven Consulting Agreement and the agreement and invoice provided for your engagement. Those documents address the services purchased, payment arrangements and applicable cancellation or refund terms. These website terms do not create a new refund window or change an existing client agreement. Questions about a purchase or a refund request should be directed to ravencentral@ravencareers.com.

Using Raven materials

Raven’s website branding and original materials belong to Raven or the relevant rights holders. You may use resources made available to you for your own career preparation, subject to any instructions supplied with them. Do not resell, repackage or publicly redistribute Raven materials without permission. Third-party content, reviews, trademarks and linked materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

Responsible use

Provide accurate information when requesting services. Do not use the website to send spam, impersonate others, upload malicious material, interfere with the site or seek unauthorized access. Do not submit confidential information about another person unless you are authorized to do so.

Third-party tools and links

Forms, scheduling, videos, downloads and payments may use third-party services. Their availability and use may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. A link to another website does not make Raven responsible for all of its content or practices.

Availability and individual results

Website information and third-party resources can change. Public reviews describe individual experiences and are not a promise that another person will have the same result. Nothing in these website terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits a specific commitment made in your signed agreement with Raven.
